Q. What will I need to be able to use the site for my club?
A. You need a computer with internet access.

Q. If there is a problem with the website, what do I do?
A. You can ring our helpline for advice from staff who understand both how clubs work and the technical side of the site.

Q. How do I update the information on the site?
A. You can receive training on how to update text yourself quickly and easily as part of the installation. For pictures or maps, you can either have our technical staff put it on the site for you, or your club's Media Officer or Webmaster will be able to do it for you. They can also help you create links between the Youth site and the main club website.

Q. What happens if I make a mistake putting information on the site?
A. You can correct any mistakes very quickly and easily without specialist help

Q. How can I assess how useful the site is?
A. Parents and boys or girls will give you feedback. We can also tell you how many people are visiting the site on a monthly basis.

Q. Have any other clubs used this type of site?
A. Yes, Bury F.C. have been using it for eighteen months, and have found it invaluable. Of over a hundred families surveyed, only one did not have personal internet access, and they were happy to use a friend's, making the site extremely efficient.

Q. How can I keep the site secure?
A. Any area of the site that you don't want the general public to access can be password protected. For example, you can then keep nutritional guidelines and advice for your players only.

Q. How will the site save me money?
A. You will no longer have to supply parents and boys/girls with individual photocopies of directions, fixtures, club policies and practices or contact details as these will appear on the website. You will also spend less time and money on phone calls contacting coaches and families about arrangements as well.

Q. Can the site deal with e-mails?
A. Yes, you can create links to individual staff names on the site, and users can e-mail them directly. Your staff can then pick up those mails on their own computers in the club.
